I was happy with the service. Only issue I had was that I needed a new tire. As I had booked the car in for a Saturday to have it serviced the centre was not able to change it. It was just an inconvenience considering they had the car for a few hour

My car has BMW warranty that worked well with no hassle. My only issue is that I dropped the car off at 8am and when I did receive an update it was 3.30pm and told the car was not ready and would have to stay overnight and ready the next day.

I have a service plan. Every service I'm being told to top up because the balance isn't enough. Destroys the purpose of the service plan. Advisors are always quick to say it was set up incorrectly without offering solutions to fix the issue in future

By the time I got home the tyre pressure monitor was indicating all tyres at 1.9 bar ? Which appears to be low so I set all tyres to 2.3 bar. which is the pressure I normally use. Please let me know what the correct pressure should be.

When I first visited the Enfield branch to book my car service I was given a quote thar did not include labour which was not helpful. I was charged 41.29 for a battery with no explanation which I don't appreciate.
